30 Day Return & Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of the original purchase date. During the holiday season, all orders placed between November 25th and December 25th must be returned by January 15th. Gifts are only eligible for store or web credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage free.
Items purchased on sale are marked as Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Gifts are only eligible for web credit.
Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Perishable goods such as health and personal items are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven to fourteen days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. We reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and/or a 25-50% restocking fee.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returned packages.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank and your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
